Chief Manuelito scholarship is an international scholarship that provides excellent students with $7000 for high school and college expenses yearly. It is one of the ONNSFA scholarships organized by the Office of the Navajo Nation Scholarship & Financial Assistance (ONNSFA).

For the high school and college students, the Chief Manuelito scholarship is disbursed to recipients based on a $3500 per term basis. Even though it can be renewed every year, as a beneficiary, you must submit your grades or transcripts at the end of each term. Since the Chief Manuelito scholarship is a Merit-Based scholarship, you must also meet the minimum GPA requirements in the previous term to qualify for the following term’s payment. You also need to manually renew yearly by reapplying.
